Initiatives

All of these initiatives arose out of the questions that others asked to Dr. Steiner. Through Dr. Steiner’s Spiritual-Scientific research and knowledge, he answered these questions and provided guidance. These initiatives were brought to fruition by many other people and continue to be worked on individually and collaboratively, in many cases furthering the Spiritual-Scientific research.

On behalf of our Berkshire-Taconic Branch of the Anthroposophical Society, we on the Board and in the Coordinating Group want to support an ever-more conscious and strong collective care for the ways we can fulfill the mission of our Branch. A key guiding document for us is the Goetheanum’s News Sheet (Nachrichtenblatt) of February 6, 2021 last year, which presented Steiner’s conception of both the “periphery" of Anthroposophical initiatives and the “center” (i.e., the Vorstand and in our case, the Board) are in a living flow with neither dominating the other, but both enhancing the whole.
